Buffet style

Breakfast juice and tea
Super green smoothie
Gluten free toast with avocado, boiled egg and fresh tomato
Chai, quinoa banana porridge with coconut milk
Seasonal fresh fruit with a drizzle of molasses

LUNCH ~ Saturday ~ hands on cooking demo

Salad masterclass and rice paper roll making
Lemony roasted romanesco wild rocker and parmesan with chilli flakes and fresh lemon
Balsamic roasted beetroot, broccoli, walnut with roast garlic and tahini dressing
Green papaya cucumber, potato and torn mint with lime chilli and crushed almond

Indian style biryani with brown rice
